ADMISSION PROCEDURE FOR RESIDENCY

Stage I – Submission of Documents

Document submission period: July 3 to July 25

The applicant selects one educational program.

Stage II – Entrance Exam

Entrance exam period: August 8 to August 16

Format of the entrance exam: 100 test questions

The result of the entrance exam for residency (X) is calculated using the following formula:

X = (A* 0,35+ B*0,55) + GPA * 25 * 0,1, where:

GPA*25* 0.1 – Average GPA score

A – result of the first stage of independent testing or specialist certificate (independent testing conducted by NCIE) * 0.35

B – result of the residency entrance exam * 0.55

The threshold score is 75 points out of a possible 100 points.

Stage III – Competition for State Educational Grant

Minimum threshold score for participation in the competition funded by the republican budget and local executive bodies – 75 points

In the first stage, a competition is held for the main educational programs.

In the second stage, if there are vacant spots remaining after the competition for the main programs, applicants who did not pass the initial selection may be admitted to the vacant positions.

The deadline for submitting documents for the competition funded by local executive bodies is August 25.

Stage IV – Enrollment

Deadline: August 28

  1. Higher education diploma (original and copy (1 copy))
  2. Diploma applications in 3 languages (original and copy (1 copy))
  3. Internship Completion Certificate (original and copy (1 copy))
  4. Certificate of a specialist (doctor) in the field of healthcare
  5. Identification document (original and 2 copies)
  6. Medical certificate in form No. 075/y (original with QR code)
  7. Test results for obtaining a specialist's certificate for admission to clinical practice or test results for obtaining a qualification category (for persons who completed an internship before 2013)
  8. The results of the first stage of the independent examination conducted by the NCSE
  9. Marriage certificate (if available, a copy)
  10. A document confirming employment (for persons with work experience, a copy)
  11. Portfolio of scientific achievements (if available)
  12. Photo 3*4 (cut and sign full name - 6 pieces)
  13. "Preventive vaccination card" form No. 065-u (copy)
  14. Paper binder (1 pc.)
  15. Envelope (2 pieces)
  16. Files (2 pcs)
  17. The presence of an EDS (electronic digital signature).
