Mission
To train highly qualified specialists capable of meeting the needs of society in providing medical care to pediatric otolaryngology patients, applying and developing advanced innovative technologies in medicine, science, and practice, and utilizing advances in information and communication technologies.

Final learning outcomes
- Demonstrates knowledge of the clinical anatomy of the ear, nose, and throat, the physiology of hemostasis, and the pathogenesis of ENT diseases. Maintains comprehensive, timely, and accurate medical documentation in electronic patient records systems.
- Demonstrates knowledge of diagnostic and treatment methods for acute and chronic ENT diseases, and is proficient in the management of pediatric patients with suspected otolaryngology emergencies in both outpatient and inpatient settings.
- Demonstrates compassion, integrity, and respect for others. Demonstrates sensitivity and responsiveness to children and their caregivers, regardless of gender, age, culture, nationality, and other characteristics.
- Performs duties commensurate with their roles, abilities, and qualifications, adheres to ethical and confidentiality obligations, medical ethics, and deontology requirements, and utilizes feedback in daily practice.

Employment
Upon successful completion of the program, graduates can work in public and private healthcare organizations as ENT (pediatric) physicians and obtain the right to private practice in accordance with current regulations of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
