The university campus is a well–developed infrastructure that provides comfortable conditions for study, research, recreation and socialization of students. The town is equipped with dormitories, catering facilities, gyms, classrooms and a library. This helps students not only to study, but also to develop their talents, communicate with peers and spend their free time. Karaganda Medical University pays attention to the safety and support of students, including foreigners, so that everyone feels at home here.

Nonresident students are provided with rooms equipped with beds, desks and cupboards.
Specially equipped kitchens and a dining room are available to resident students. Cooking is allowed only in the kitchen, which is equipped with refrigerators, electric stoves, oven, extractor hood, microwave and kitchen set.
There are study rooms, recreation rooms, and living rooms equipped with automatic washing machines, dryers, and ironing facilities.
Also, Internet access via a WIFI network is provided in all residential complexes.
