Student Republic "Samruk" 
A voluntary organization of all university students, including students of the college, bachelor's, master's, doctoral, and residency programs, for the independent implementation of their own initiatives in matters of education, research, organization of living conditions, health improvement, and leisure through student associations.
Organization's goal: 
- Organizing work on the implementation of youth policy at the university.
- Ensuring compliance with students' rights as set forth in the legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
- Organizing the participation of university students in the implementation of the university's action plans, concepts, roadmaps, and other university acts and documents.
- Improving the prevention of illegal actions among the university's student youth.
- Participating in the organization and improvement of the educational process at the university, in schools, at the faculty and dormitories, in study groups, fostering an atmosphere of creativity and mutual assistance among student groups.
- Contributing to organizing meaningful leisure activities for youth.
- Establishing connections with other youth organizations in the city, region, republic, and international youth organizations.
- Organizing and conducting other events aimed at comprehensive support and development of university students.
Local Committee of the Republican Public Association "KazMSA"
The Local Committee of "KazMSA" – the Kazakh Medical Students' Association, represents the interests of medical students throughout Kazakhstan.
Organization's goal:
- Promote cooperation with students and young doctors from other regions and associations.
- Advance medical students and young doctors in acquiring practical skills and theoretical medical knowledge.
- Assist in the creation of a modern, competitive Kazakhstan with an effective national healthcare and medical education system.
- Collaborate with universities, research institutes in Kazakhstan and abroad, including professional (practical) and research exchanges among students worldwide. Promote the ideas of medical ethics and a healthy lifestyle among the youth.
Committee tasks: 
- Identify problems and analyze students' academic activities.
- Participate in the evaluation of the quality of the educational process and the university's extracurricular activities.
- Carry out explanatory work with students regarding the university's regulations on a healthy lifestyle in terms of disciplinary and academic matters.
- Collaborate with "KazMSA" representatives, including in areas of sustainable development.
- Contribute to the improvement of the university's local regulations concerning academic processes and issues of equality, diversity, and inclusion.
KazMSA is a member of the International Federation of Medical Students' Associations (IFMSA), the largest youth organization and officially recognized by the World Health Organization (WHO).
