  • Graduated from KGMI in 1973 with a specialization in General Medicine, completed an internship, and obtained a certificate as a general surgeon. From 1973 to 1975, worked as a surgeon at the Emergency Hospital in Karaganda. In 1975, joined the Department of Oncology as a medical laboratory assistant. In 1977, was appointed as an assistant at the Department of Oncology through a competitive selection. In 1976, completed professional development at the Department of Oncology and Surgery at the First Moscow Medical Institute, based on the VONTS of the USSR Academy of Medical Sciences. During the same period, began scientific research, specifically developing results of surgical treatment for proximal gastric cancer. In 1987, defended a Candidate's Dissertation at the council of the VONTS of the USSR Academy of Medical Sciences. In 1996, defended a Doctoral Dissertation at the KNIIOiR council, and in 2001, received the title of professor through a competition by the Ministry of Education and Science of Kazakhstan. Combined work at the department with clinical duties in the thoracic department as an oncologist-surgeon. Since 1978, has performed more than 1,500 surgeries for lung, esophageal, and gastric cancer. In 2009, the Committee for Quality Assessment of Medical Services awarded the highest oncologist-surgeon category indefinitely.

    From 1978 to the present, 207 scientific papers have been published, including 13 patents on surgical treatment of lung, esophageal, and gastric cancer, as well as palliative treatment of tumor-origin polyserositis. Additionally, 12 certificates on limiting the life activities of patients with malignant neoplasms, rehabilitation of patients with gastric, lung, breast, and pelvic organ cancer have been issued. During the reporting period, under my supervision, the following were defended: one master's thesis, 8 candidate dissertations, 1 doctoral dissertation, and 1 PhD dissertation. Over the course of work, more than 20 proposals have been introduced into practical healthcare. Monographs published in print include:
