On May 8, 2026, as part of the implementation of the "Zhana Kazakstan" concept, the Department of History of Kazakhstan and Socio-Political Disciplines held a permanent interactive seminar, "Zhangyru Zholy," on the topic "The Constitution of Kazakhstan – a Guarantor of Interethnic Harmony."

The seminar was moderated by S.A. Nikiforova and A.S. Lamanova. The target audience for the seminar were students from Karaganda Medical University and the A. Saginov Karaganda Technical University.

Vilen Borisovich Molotov-Luchansky, Doctor of Medical Sciences and Professor at the National Joint-Stock Company "KMU," head of the scientific and expert group of the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan, spoke at the seminar. He spoke to the participants about the key provisions of the new Constitution of Kazakhstan, the constitutional guarantee of the rights and freedoms of citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and the activities of the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan. All participants noted the high level, educational impact, and practical significance of the seminar. The presentations generated keen interest among the audience. Particularly engaging were the presentations by Zh.A. Azimbayeva, Head of the Department of Russian Language and Culture at the A. Saginov Karaganda Polytechnic University, and T.V. Timokhina, Senior Lecturer in the same department.
