From February 16 to 22, the city of Bukhara (Republic of Uzbekistan) hosted a scientific and practical conference and a surgical Olympiad as part of the Forum. Karaganda Medical University was represented by members of the surgical club “Lumos” under the supervision of D.K. Kaliyeva, Associate Professor at the Department of Surgical Diseases.
