Second-year students from the International Medical Faculty were actively involved in the 12th International Scientific and Theoretical Conference of students, master’s students, and PhD Candidates “Science and Youth: New Ideas and Solutions,” held at the Central Kazakhstan Academy in Karaganda on February 27, 2026. The students presented topical issues in education and medical education, including their current challenges, such as digital transformation and the impact of artificial intelligence on education process, as well as issues of mental health and well-being among medical students and healthcare professionals. The facilitators noted the high standard of students’ training, achieved under the guidance of faculty members from the Department of History of Kazakhstan and Social and Political Disciplines: Associate Professor B.S. Bitenova, Assistant Professor N.A. Mingisheva, and Assistant Professor M.B. Ospanova.
