- He graduated in 1979 from the Ordzhonikidze Higher Military Command Red Banner College named after S. M. Kirov of the USSR Ministry of Internal Affairs;
- He was discharged from the reserve in 2003 due to his seniority;
- He joined the military department in 2017 as a senior lecturer at the Department of Primary Military Training of the E. A. Buketov Karaganda State University.;
- He is the author of the textbook "Fundamentals of military-patriotic education" and the textbook "Basic military and technological training" in Russian
