Lecturer, graduated from Karaganda State Medical Institute in 1987, epidemiologist.

  • He joined the military department in 2020;
  • He completed advanced pedagogical training in the modules "Effective teacher" and "Researcher and Scientist" at the Karaganda State Medical University in 2017 and 2023.
