- Omarbekova N.K. graduated from Karaganda Pedagogical Institute in 1992 with a degree in computer engineering, qualified as a teacher of computer science and engineering.
- In 2010, she completed a master's degree in vocational training.
- In 2016, she completed advanced training in the specialty "Public Health in the cycle "Statistics in Medicine and Healthcare" at the Kazakhstan Higher School of Economics Medical University.
- In 2018, she completed the international training internship "Innovative Teaching Technologies in 21st Century Higher Education" Scandinavian Institute of Academic Mobility, Finland.
- In 2020, she completed the training program "Statistical Information and Computing in Healthcare Management" at the ANODPO Medical University of Innovation and Development, Moscow.
- In 2021-2023, she participated in the scientific project "Adaptive educational environment as a condition for the development of flexible skills of university students and ensuring continuity of schooling."
