- Qualification: Doctor – therapist of the highest category, GP.
- After graduating from KSMI in 1979, she completed an internship in therapy from 01.08.1979 to 30.06.1980 with an "excellent" grade at the first city clinical hospital of Karaganda.
- From 01.08.1980 to 31.08.1983, she worked as a district therapist at polyclinic No. 1 of city hospital No. 2 in Karaganda.
- On 01.09.1983, she entered clinical residency in the specialty "Internal Diseases", which she completed at the Department of Internal Diseases No. 3 of KSMI. Since 01.02.1986 – Assistant at the Department of Polyclinic Therapy.
- On 22.12.1992, as a candidate at the St. Petersburg Institute for Advanced Medical Studies, she defended her candidate dissertation on "Social and Hygienic Aspects of the Prevention of Chronic Noncommunicable Diseases (CNCD) in Miners". Since 1993 – Associate Professor at the Department of Polyclinic Therapy.
- In 2009, she completed her doctoral studies in "Cardiology" at the West Kazakhstan State Medical University named after M. Ospanov.
- Since 01.09.2011 – Head of the Department of General Medical Practice No. 2.
- Since 01.09.2018 – Professor at the Department of Family Medicine.
- 2017-2018 – Research work performer.
- She holds a certificate of state registration for intellectual property objects - 2, scientific articles – more than 100, methodical recommendations – 8.
- She holds the honorary title of "Honored Worker of Science and Education", badge "For Contribution to the Development of Health Care", and "Excellence in Health Care".
