  • 1983-1989 - Karaganda State Medical Institute, specialty "Pediatrics", qualification as a pediatrician.
  • 1989-1990 - Internship at Volgograd State Medical University, Russian Federation.
  • 1992-1995 - Postgraduate studies at KSMI.
  • 1996 - Successfully defended a candidate dissertation at the NCPCH, Almaty.
  • 2001 - Awarded the academic title of Associate Professor in the specialty "Medicine".
  • 2006-2009 - Karaganda University "Bolashak", specialty "Jurisprudence". Regularly advanced professional and pedagogical qualifications in leading medical educational institutions in Kazakhstan and abroad. Consistently improving qualifications in accreditation of medical education organizations to meet international standards.

    • Professional biography:

  • 1995-1997 - Assistant at the Department of Propaedeutics of Childhood Diseases, KSMI.
  • 1997-2003 - Associate Professor at the Department of Childhood Diseases No. 1, KSMU.
  • 2003 - Dean of the Faculty of Pediatrics, KSMU.
  • 2007 - Dean of the Faculty of Pediatrics and Oriental Medicine, KSMU.
  • 2007-2009 - Dean of the Faculty of General Medicine and Dentistry, KSMU.
  • 2009-2011 - Associate Professor at the Department of Pediatrics and Pediatric Surgery, FPR KSMU.
  • 2011–2019 - Professor at the Department of Family Medicine.

    The author of more than 150 publications, monographs, innovative patents for inventions, and methodological manuals for students, pediatricians, and general practitioners.

  • University Clinic of the NJSC Medical University of Karaganda.
  • Consultative and diagnostic services at the "Diacent" clinic, Children's Medical Center in Karaganda.

  • Since 2011, has been consistently involved in commissions for conducting independent expertise to assess the quality of medical services by the Department of the Committee for Medical and Pharmaceutical Control of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the Karaganda, North Kazakhstan, and Atyrau regions, and the city of Astana.
