- Higher education, graduated from Tashkent State Medical Institute (Tashgosmi) in 1991.
- He started in 1991 at Tashgosmi as an assistant.
- In 2000, he defended his PhD thesis in epidemiology on the topic: "Features of the epidemic process of salmonellosis caused by S.typhimurium and ways to further improve epidemiological surveillance. There are a number of publications, abstracts and articles reviewed in scientific journals in the Scopus database.
