  • He graduated in 1984 from the Minsk Higher Military-Political Combined Arms College of the Warsaw Pact Countries;
  • He joined the military department in 2017 as a senior officer (in organizational and educational work and analysis of military discipline) Directorate of the Commander of the Troops of the Republic of Kazakhstan "Astana";
  • He graduated from the Kazakh-Russian University with a degree in Psychology Teaching.
