Professional biography:
- He graduated from the Military Medical Faculty of the Tomsk Medical Institute in 1982.;
- In 1990 he graduated from the Military Medical Academy named after S. M. Kirov. Otolaryngologist;
- He joined the military department in 2015 from the position of Deputy head of the military Clinical Hospital in Almaty.;
- Veteran of the Afghan war, recipient of the Order "For Service to the Motherland in the USSR Armed Forces" III degree.
