Clean water and sanitation
We adhere to the policy of conservation and rational use of water resources.
Karaganda is located in a water-deficient region of Kazakhstan. The main source of supply is water from the Irtysh River via the Satpayev Canal (458 km). Given the relevance of the problem for the region and the world, the university is working in the following areas:

Research
The University is actively involved in research in the field of water supply, sanitation and hygiene.
Education
The educational program "Public Health" for students, master's students and doctoral students provides various courses on the conservation and rational management of water resources.
In order to save water but maintain a high level of sanitation, WE:
- We educate and engage the university community
- We provide disinfectants in all public places cabbage.
- Supplied with water from wells
- Installed filtered water devices
