State registration of rights to copyrighted works

• Application for a patent indicating the inventors and the persons in whose name the protective document is requested;
• Copy of the certificate of registration of a legal entity;
• Description of the invention, disclosing it in full enough to enable its implementation;
• Patent claim, expressing the essence and fully based on the description;
• Drawings and other materials necessary for understanding the essence of the invention;
• Abstract;
• Power of attorney, in case of conducting proceedings through a representative;
• Document confirming payment of the patent fee.
