Adheres to the ethical principles of research, which ensures an improvement in the quality of scientific research conducted within the framework of scientific activities.
The Ethics Commission provides an expert Opinion on the absence of violations in the process of planning, evaluating, selecting, conducting and distributing the results of scientific research, including the protection of the rights, safety and well-being of research subjects (wildlife and habitat). The Commission works in accordance with the Order of the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 31, 2011 No. 126 On approval of the Model Regulations on the Dissertation Council Chapter 2. paragraph 20.5 doctoral students need the conclusion of the Ethical Commission of the university.
