The candidate submits documents to the Secretary of the Competition Commission in person or by e-mail/courier service, needed to participate in the contest, no later than at the indicated deadline.

Application for participation in the competition is written to the Chairman of the Contest Commission. The list of documents, necessary for participation in the competition:

• copy of identity card and the original for reconciliation;
• a copy of the diploma of higher education, academic and/or academic qualification, document of the academic rank and the original for reconciliation (for persons holding a diploma from another State, it is necessary to provide, passed the procedure of apostilled and nostrified);

• the list of scientific works and inventions (if available), certified for employees of NCJSC «KMU» by the Secretary of the Senate; for employees, who don’t work in NCJSC «KMU» persons, authorized to perform this function in the organization;
• and also, other documents, confirming the conformance of an applicant to qualification requirements, as specified in the announcement for the competition.

The participant has the right to submit additional information regarding his education, work experience, professional level (list of scientific publications, recommendations from the management of the previous place of work, etc.), and documents, confirming work experience and qualifications.

Persons wishing to participate in the competition for the vacant position of the head of the unit should additionally submit a presentation of your vision and development strategy and unit development strategies.

Qualification requirements for competition participants:

for the position of Director of Infrastructure Development - higher education (technical, economic, legal) and at least 3 years of work experience in the field of business management organization.

A person applying for participation in the Competition submits the following documents:

3) The employment sheet of the participant of the competition in the prescribed form.

4) A copy of documents on education and annexes to them with the presentation of the originals for verification:

- to documents on education, academic degree received by citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan in foreign educational organizations the following documents are to be applied: copies of certificates of recognition or nostrification of documents issued by the authorized body in the field of education, with the exception of education documents issued by foreign higher educational institutions, scientific centers and laboratories to citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan - to the holders of the Bolashak international scholarship, as well as those subject to the international treaty (agreement) on mutual recognition and equivalence;

- documents on education issued to the holders of the international scholarship "Bolashak" are to be accompanied by a copy of the certificate of completion of studies on the international scholarship of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan "Bolashak", issued by the Joint-Stock Company "Center for International Programs";

- documents on education falling under the international treaty (agreement) on mutual recognition and equivalence are to be accompanied by copies of certificates of recognition of these documents issued by the authorized body in the field of education;

5) Copies of documents confirming labor activity, certified by the personnel department at the place of work (current or last);

6) Certificate of no criminal record;

7) Certificate of absence of corruption crimes issued by the authorized body;

8) Two recommendations from individuals with managerial experience with whom the candidate has worked for at least 2 years;

9) Presentation on the development strategy of the line of business.

Persons applying for participation in the competition can provide additional information regarding their education, work experience, professional level and reputation (copies of documents on advanced training, titles, characteristics, recommendations, scientific publications and other information characterizing their professional activities, qualifications).

Persons are not allowed to participate in the Contest:

1)previously committed corruption offenses;

2) having an outstanding or unexpunged conviction;

3) registered in medical special institutions.

Qualification requirements for the participants of the competition:

for the position of Vice–rector for clinical work - higher medical education, academic degree/ PhD degree, work experience in senior positions in the field of healthcare and/or education and/ or clinic for at least 5 years, knowledge of English is preferable.

The Hirsch index is at least 2 based on Clarivate analytics or Scopus, work experience in senior positions in the field of healthcare and / or education and / or science for at least 5 years, knowledge of English.

Managing Director – 1 position.

Chief Physician – 1 position

For the position of Chief Physician of the Dental Clinic – higher medical education and/or a second higher education in economics/finance and credit/law/business administration or a master's degree in "Public Health", "Healthcare Management", "Management", or "Medicine" (for those who completed pedagogical master's programs before 2011), "Business Administration", "Corporate Administration", "Economics", "Finance and Credit", or possession of a PhD or doctoral degree, with at least 2 years of managerial experience in the healthcare sector.
