Description of the educational program

The profession of a pharmacist as a separate type of medical activity stood out in the Middle Ages, but the creation, preparation and use of medicines began to be engaged long before our era by the healers of ancient Egypt, China, India, Greece, and the Roman Empire.

A pharmacist is a specialist with fundamental knowledge about the creation, development, mechanisms of action and methods of rational use of medicines, skills in their manufacture, quality assessment, marketing, sales, consulting on application, skills in organizing and conducting pharmaceutical business, management in the field of pharmacy.

For successful studies, students will need knowledge of chemistry, biology and a desire to work in the field of drug supply.
