We invite you to participate in the Republican Scientific and Research Conference with International Participation "Evolution of Surgery in the 21st Century," to mark the 90th anniversary of Honored worker of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Professor Sergey Viktorovich Lokhvitsky, which will take place on February 17-21, 2025, in Karaganda.

SCIENTIFIC AGENDA OF THE CONFERENCE

The current state and development prospects of the surgical service in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Issues in training surgeons, educational trends in surgery.
Implementation of high-tech solutions surgery in the treatment of surgical patients.
Issues of concern in emergency surgery: errors and risks in special surgery, medical malpractice.
Highly informative diagnostic tests in general surgery and related specialties: traumatology and orthopedics, urology, oncology, angiosurgery, gynecology.
Reconstructive and restorative, plastic, and bariatric surgery.
Educational trends in training mid-level health professionals, operating nurses. Specifics of preparing laparoscopic instruments, challenges and features of sterilizing.

The conference will be held in full-time format. Form of participation: oral presentation (Appendix 1), poster report, participation without a presentation, participation in a workshop.
Conference languages: Kazakh, Russian, and English.

Registration is carried out online via QR code (Appendix 2).

All certificates are issued in electronic format.

Participation without a presentation – 1 day = 10 points of credit
Participation with a presentation – 1 day = 50 points of credit
Participation in the workshop – 28 hours (14 points of credit), fee: 20,000 KZT
For mid-level health professionals – 16 hours (8 points of credit), fee: 10,000 KZT

Payment for the workshop certificate must be made before February 17, 2025! Late payments will not be accepted, and certificates will not be issued.
