When creating the book supply map for disciplines (hereinafter referred to as the BS), the following criteria must be observed:

• The BS must contain sections:
• Each section must include information about the author, title, type of publication, and the number of copies available in the library fund, published in the last 10 years.
• Only electronic resources subscribed to by the university are included in the Main Literature section (see the section on Subscription Databases).
• Information about electronic resources must contain a complete bibliographic description of the publication and a URL link.
• A separate BS is prepared for each discipline according to the languages of instruction.
• The "Main Literature" section, including "Electronic Resources," must include no more than 3 titles of textbooks in the language of instruction.
• The "Additional Literature" section, including "Electronic Resources," may contain literature in Kazakh, Russian, and English.
• The completed book supply map must be submitted electronically for verification by the library's bibliographers, and only after their review will the library director sign their section.
