On 20 January in KSMU was held a solemn closing ceremony of the traditional annual XXXXIII Spartakiad of the academic and teaching staff of Karaganda State Medical University.

On 27.01.2017 the Departments of Children Diseases No.1 and No.2 conducted an interdepartmental seminar for doctors of practical public health, department staff and interns. During the seminar were discussed the actual questions of diagnostics and treatment of diseases in children.
