Important meeting took place between the deputy mayor of Karaganda and international students of the KMU
On June 13, 2024, an important meeting took place between the deputy mayor of Karaganda, Lyazzat Tokenovna Akilzhanova, and international students of the Karaganda Medical University.
During the meeting, key issues related to the stay of foreign students in Karaganda, aspects of intercultural exchange, daily life, and enrichment of cultural interaction were discussed. Special attention was paid to strengthening and enhancing intercultural cooperation, organizing joint cultural events and activities at the city level.
Lyazzat Tokenovna noted that foreign students studying in Karaganda culturally complement and enrich the cityscape, reinforcing the values of interconfessional, intercultural, and international communication and interaction in society.
