International education student field "Winter FRESH 2016" (F - Friendship, R - Rest, E - Education, S - Science, H - Humanity) (hereinafter - IESA) was held in the Russian Federation, Krasnoyarsk, from 15 to 22 of February. This event was attended by representatives of students` organizations of higher educational institutions of the Shanghai cooperation organization (hereinafter - SCO).

On 9 March, Department on work with youth, jointly with Karaganda Regional Centre of Formation a Healthy Lifestyle, arranged a social event, named " To smoke - To harm your health", which passed in Regional Dramatic Theatre named by K. Stanislavsky, and this event leaded by a local officer Nurtolkin Tolegen.

“Everything begins with women” – the intellectual game “Алтын таға” started with these words. This game which was dedicated to the International Women’s Day. The intellectual competition among 2nd year students took place on 4th March, 2016 in Karaganda State Medical University, which was organized by Ministry of Culture and Ministry of Education of student’s Republic “Samryk”.

On February 27, the Department of youth affairs with the Youth Health Centre "Zhuldyz" conducted a visit to homes of veterans of the Great Patriotic War and homefront workers . The activists of V.N.C.C visited V. Arkhipova , N.Vyatchinin, R.Zhakenova , G.Isina and A.Shibarova. Students organized help with housework , cleaning , shopping and many others .

If you ask any man in the street: " How much veterans and homefront workers are important for us ? " everyone will answer that because of these people we have a world in which we live . Today's generation is grateful to the veterans and appreciate each of them.
