On February 11, 2016 staff of the basics of psychology and communication skills department conducted a clinical conference "Communication skills in pediatrics. Compliance in pediatrics" in the Regional Children's Hospital of Karaganda. After the lecture which was read by the head of the Department  Macievskaya L.L. a clinical case in a simulation model of the patient's "Compliance with the child's mother suffering from lymphoblastic leukemia" was presented to the audience. Teachers of the Department of basics of psychology and communication skills E.H. Batyaeva and A.A. Przhanova demonstrated role-playing game clearly showing the error in communication with the relatives of the patients and different techniques an example of the correct operation with anxious parents of patients under children's hospital also have been used and have been shown in the process of communication.

Hospital administration expressed gratitude to the staff of the department in the letter for their contribution to the training of health workers of one of the most important competence of the expert in the field of medicine.
