International education student field "Winter FRESH 2016" (F - Friendship, R - Rest, E - Education, S - Science, H - Humanity) (hereinafter - IESA) was held in the Russian Federation, Krasnoyarsk, from 15 to 22 of February. This event was attended by representatives of students` organizations of higher educational institutions of the Shanghai cooperation organization (hereinafter - SCO).

The project «Winter F.R.E.S.H.» has been realized since 2010 in Krasnoyarsk as part of the grant competition of youth projects of the Krasnoyarsk Youth Forum, with the support of the Legislative Assembly of the Krasnoyarsk, the Ministry of Sport Tourism and Youth Policy of the Krasnoyarsk Ministry of Education, Youth Policy Department of Krasnoyarsk. The purpose of this event is to create conditions for the development of academic mobility, development and the organization of joint projects, the strengthening of interregional and international links between students` organizations of universities of SCO countries.

Republic of Kazakhstan, Karaganda State Medical University on this field was presented by students of the Faculty of Preventive Medicine, Biology and Pharmacy: Temirlan Samatov - President of Student Republic "Samruk" KSMU, Zhuldyz Kuanysh - deputy of the Student Parliament of "Samruk" KSMU.

Participants were able to learn about the large-scale international student event, which will take place in Krasnoyarsk - the 29th World Winter Universiade 2019, visit the competition venues of future students competitions; took part in Krasnoyarsk Economic Forum 2016.

At the end of the IESA, all participants received certificates of the state sample about additional education.
