The games of 3 and 4 rounds of Football Championship of KSMU among the teams of the dormitories were played at the Gym No. 2 (32, Erubaev street) this weekend. After 4 rounds were determined three leading teams who will compete for the champion's title: “Lodgers 1” (Captain Sarsenbayev Kasym), “Lodgers 2” (Captain Bondarev Andrey) and “Lodgers 4” (Captain Abdizhabbarov Shahzod).

On September 30, in celebration of the Teachers’ Day, Youth Work Department together with the participants of creative groups of KSMU arranged a festive concert dedicated to honoring the veterans of teaching staff of the University. The solemn ceremony was opened by the participants of dombra band who performed “Балбырауын” kui.

14 December 1990, General Assembly of the UN by its 45/106 resolution decided to consider 1 October as the International Day of Older Persons. At first, the Day of Older Persons was celebrated in Europe, then in America, and at the end of 1990-ies already worldwide.
