VI International annual conference "Actual problems of communication skills, psychology and social work in medicine: from theory to practice" has taken place based on KazNMU named after S.D. Asfendiyarova, in Almaty, on September 27-28, 2019. The conference was coincide with the anniversary the KAZNMU Communication Skills Department’s head, Professor- Marat Abubakrievich Asimov.

Significant mass sport event “Kúzdik Jarty Marathon” have taken place in Karaganda on September 22. More than two thousand amateur running lovers participated in the first autumn half marathon. Students from our university were among participants.
