Questions related to extend of training, academic mobility and research collaboration with the universities of Lithuania have been discussed at the conference in KMU.

Group of representatives from Vilnius University and Lithuania Fund of Higher Education Exchange has arrived to Karaganda.  Purpose of their coming is to demonstrate students and staff all programs allowing to study in Lithuania universities, and collaborate with it in the sphere of medicine, technique and in natural science.

 For this, representatives of KSU named after Buketov, KSTU, KSIU and CKA have been invited to the forum. Tvarionas Vitaliy Iono- honorary Consul of Lithuania in Karaganda has taken a part in the opening of the conference.

Strategic partnership among European and Kazakh universities has been realizing since 2016 year in the university. The main strategic partner of KMU is Lund University (Sweden). In addition, at the same time every school of our university has right to choose collaborates for successful of training and research activity development. Thus, Vilnius University has become the partner for the school of medicine. It helped to find many options for training programs development.

The Vilnius University within the ES project organizes the present conference. It directed to rising awareness and prestige of the Lithuania’s universities in Kazakhstan, promotion of training in Lithuania, academic exchange and research development.

Live communication between the conference’s participants has allowed getting interested information as well as exchanging contacts.
