The delegation was headed by the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Romania to Kazakhstan Mr. Chezar Manole Armeanu.

Nazarbayev «Қазақстандықтардың әл-ауқатының өсуі: табыс пен тұрмыс сапасын арттыру» and the 10th anniversary of Taraz Innovation and Humanities University. Debate tournament was held in TIHU (Taraz city).
