We are students of the 4th year of the General Medicine Faculty: Ademi Abilmazhinova, Dana Ospanova, Diana Ospanova, Nadezhda Zhukova, Ganibek Akzhanov passed the practice at the Medical University of Lublin, Poland in the framework of academic mobility programme from the 1st until the 31st of July 2018. During the month, there was a rotation in the Departments of Gynecology and Pediatrics.

In 2013-2017, Mark Ruiz-Zorrilla Cruzate worked at the University of Barcelona as an assistant to the Vice-Rector for International relations, coordinator of ties with universities from Eastern Europe, the Russian Federation, and Central Asia;

From July 3rd to July 17th a group of employees of the Karaganda State Medical University underwent vocational training in the course "Management in Education" on the basis of the Graduate School of Management in Barcelona, Spain.

On July 14, 2018, on the basis of the Karaganda State Medical University, a training was held on the topic "Comprehensive Internationalization: Tools and Methods" for the administrative staff of the university. This training was organized in the framework of the Erasmus+ project "WELCOME: towards incoming international university communities ", one of the tasks of which is to train the staff of the KSMU to implement the policy of internationalization.
