On February 24-25, 2015 a seminar "Methods of teaching Kazakh language based on ҚAZTEST system" was in Graduate School of Public Health of the Ministry of Health and Social Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The workshop brought together the experts of Kazakh language development from Karaganda State Medical University, East Kazakhstan Hospital, Clinics №4 Temirtau, East Kazakhstan regional branch of the Real estate Center MJ RK, Graduate School of Public Health (GSPH) MHSD RK.

The workshop addressed the issues of language policy, harmonization of medical terminology, legal framework, training complex ҚAZTEST and  Kazakh language teaching methods and certification among health professionals.

On January 30, 2015 the Memorandum of Cooperation between the National Center for testing of MES and the Graduate School of Public Health was signed in Astana, where GSPH is the only official representative of ҚAZTEST in the health system for Kazakh language teaching, the organization and conduction of diagnostic testing and certification, master-classes, teaching training seminars, training courses for employees of health care organizations.

The purpose of the Center for the Study of languages ​​GSPH - consolidation of health professionals and the creation of an efficient information space; Consulting and methodological assistance in the application of methods of teaching in the system ҚAZTEST; work on unification of medical terminology, quality record keeping in health care organizations with the participation of leading experts.

The Participants had the opportunity to share the achievements and positive results in the implementation of the State program development and functioning of languages ​​in the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2011-2020.

 Proposals for the university:

1. Reaching 80% of teachers and staff certification KAZTEST until 2016;

2. Conduct a diagnostic test of KAZTEST system for the staff and faculty of the university, that did not pass it before.

3. Provide training to prepare for KAZTEST to certify as follows:

1) to achieve a level A1-A2 (period September-December 2015 30% of employees);

2) to achieve a level B1 (term in January-June 2016 20% of employees);

3) to achieve the level B2 (period September-December 2016 20% of employees).
