On February 23 at the Department of childhood diseases 2of general medicine specialty’s, 4-089, 4-090, 4-104, 4-105 military groups held a festive event dedicated to the Motherland Defender Day dedicated to the 70th anniversary of the Great Patriotic War. Guests of the event were General medicine and Dentistry Faculty’s Deputy Dean A.S.Baymenova, Head of the childhood diseases 2 Department MD, professor B.T.Tukbekova, the head teacher of childhood diseases 2 department MD, acting  professor S.B.Dyusenova, MD, acting professor S.T.Kizatova and teachers of the department.

G.Koshan, A.Auesbekov, N.Halmuminov and A.Token expressed their creative abilities by arranging a scene "Student who often missed classes and now rents mini-clinical examination," "Doctors use only verbs."

K.Kanev, D.Kireev, D.Nehmetzhanov, N.Chernysheva showed virtuosic guitar playing, singing songs about the war years. O. Galkina played the violin while A.Kalzhanov played the national instrument.

Deputy Dean of the faculty A.S.Baymenova and B.T.Tukbekova said: "The students of the military department are disciplined, executive, daring, and most importantly they proved their sense of patriotism to the motherland by organizing such event on February 23 as evidence that the memory of the victory is timeless. Also, despite the serious topics "the 70th anniversary of the Great Patriotic War", the students spent their creative activity in the new format, in entertainment and humorous direction and showed what they are versatile and talented."

The event was ended with Eskendir Hasangaliev’s song "Atameken".
