Karaganda State Medical University became the participant of the program Erasmus Mundus - " CASEU - Central ASian and European Universities" in 2014.

Within this project it is planned to conduct the academic mobility of graduate students, PhD students, and also  administrative and academic personnel from partner universities of Europe countries to the partner Universities of Central Asia.

The project promotes development and strengthening of the mobility of undergraduates, doctoral candidates and representatives of the academic and administrative personnel; development of strategy and practical guidance on improvement of the academic mobility of teachers, undergraduates, doctoral candidates and administrative personnel to establish and strengthen intercultural relations.

Report on business trip on the CASEU project.

The first meeting of representatives of universities of CASEU project partners took place at University of Barcelona on October 23-24, 2014. Nurgaliyeva A.S. became the participant of this meeting and the coordinator from Karaganda state medical university. She is a deputy director of department of Educational and methodical work of KSMU. Representatives of partner universities of Central Asia and the European Union participated in the official meeting.

The meeting for acquaintance of universities coordinators of consortium with presentations of participating schools of the CASEU project took place in the first day.

Such questions as a funding mechanism for the project, material opportunities of the universities of Central Asia as the accepting universities, the requirement to candidates for grants in this project were raised and solved.

Obligations among participants of consortium in the following directions were distributed: control of high-quality execution of the project, informational and technical support, including creation and maintenance of the site, marketing communications.

The management of the CASEU project was developed, the logo and the initial interface of the web page has approved, the initial memorandum of partners of consortium CASEU was sent according to the meeting.
