Traditionally great attention is paid to the sport issues in Karaganda state medical university. The times when medical sportsmen were the outsiders of student competitions went west. Now, the sport in KSMU is on the upgrade and now in any tournament our teams are deservedly considered one of the favourites. So started the last week championship of the "Students league" did not do without participation of our teams.

  Men and woman volley-ball teams synchronously (account on parties 2: 0) beat the teams of legal academy "Themis" and university "Bolashak".

  The football players had a gruelling time: the first game and the menacing rival at once , the last-season champion of "Student's league" the team of KSU which is traditionally strengthened by players of the youth team of FC "Shakhter".

  A situation for KSMU-team was complicated because of their best  striker Arystan Turdybaev absence. In addition at the second half our captain Abel Тarzhanov (gr.4-080 ) was injured. In these minutes the brunt came upon the young players and they did not failed.Novices of the team  Еrdaulet Mendygaliev (gr.1-073) and Andrey Bondarev (gr.2-091) scored two goals each and equalized. Our defense is headed by experienced Еrmukhamed Baymukhanov (gr.6-001) contained the powerful final assault of KSU-players and saved an even score  4 : 4.
