Dormitory champions

A futsal tournament dedicated to the city “Health festival” celebration was organized by the sport club of KSMU under the leadership of responsible for sport sector of KSSG Beksultan Sultanbek (gr. 2-032) on the football pitch. Seven teams "Lightning", "Texas", "Star", "Kyran", "Lenger", "Legion" and "Alash" participated in the tournament.

On a warm Sunday afternoon the students of “the Six” have been gladly checking up on the strongest team of the football pitch. "Lightning" (skipper is Dulat Almat) in persistent struggle beat the “Texans” with the score 5:1 and won the challenge cup. "Texas" is in the second place (the skipper is Abdulaziz Anarbayev) and the close-knit team “Star” (the skipper is Mergeliyev Daniar) is in the third place.

Traditionally the best tournament players got awards. A freshman Askhat Murzaliev was awarded a valuable prize as “The best keeper”. Rasul Sarsenbek became “The best defender” and the champions’ skipper Almat Dulat became “The best striker”.

After the games all the competition participants expressed their gratitude to the organizers for an excellent organization of the tournament, for provided valuable prizes, and also formulated a wish to sport club of KSMU to hold such competitions as often as possible.
