Upgrade skills of specialists on military-medical examination

At the faculty of continuous professional development of Karaganda state medical university, on the base of military department the courses of upgrade trainings-skills were conducted for chiefs (chairmen), deputies and doctors-specialists of military-medical commissions (ММС) of military units and medical establishments of power structures of Republic of the Kazakhstan on the cycle of "Features of realization of military-medical examination".

Upgrade skills training on this cycle is conducted 2 times per a year (April and October). Annually here specialists presenting the military-medical commissions of power structures of Republic of Kazakhstan polish up their professional knowledge.

The primary purpose of Upgrade skills is to qualitatively provide realization of military-medical examination of military personnel in the Armed Forces and in other troops and military formation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, leaders, doctors and specialists of military-medical commissions.

Skilled determination by medical classification of the reason of connection of injuries, diseases and degree of weight of the injuries got in the period of military service and soldiery collections. The program is formed in exposition of educational material reflecting basic directions of professional activity of specialists of ВВК and consists the following structural elements :

- system of professional knowledge on the course of duty, mastering of which will provide high readiness to the independent actions;

- system of legal knowledge, providing implementation of official tasks in accordance with a legislation and normative legal acts of Republic of Kazakhstan;

- system of knowledge on administrative activity, mastering of that will allow correctly to make administrative decisions.

The trainings were conducted by the chief of military department, Candidate of medical Sciences, associate Professor, professor of Russian Academy of natural Science(RANS), Colonel of medical Service A.M.Muhametzhanov and teachers of department colonel of m/s in retirement of С.А.Ionоv, major of m/s in retirement of М.К.Abdakalikov, lieutenant colonel of m/s Б.С.Аskarov. The feature of the cycle of military-medical examination it that it is more detailed and complex gives a concept in adjusting of questions of realization of military-medical examination and contains less dispatch norms on department acts, that in a number of cases allows to avoid a legal vagueness and different interpretations of norms.
