So, the Deputy of the regional maslikhat, rector of the Karaganda State Medical University Dosmagambetova Raushan Sultanovna summed up the results of the round table, devoted to questions of the Republican culture.

Aspects of formation of the Republican culture on the basis of inter-ethnic accord were the subject of discussion during the meeting of the expert group of the party curator Dosmagambetova R.S. uniting representatives of cultural institutions, Assembly of people of Kazakhstan, teachers of KSMU.  At the round table brought together scientists, media representatives, employees of Department of educational work, curators of student's groups.

In her introductory remarks, Raushan Sultanovna noted that in the message to the people of our Republic "Kazakhstan way - 2050: united aim, united interests, united future", the Head of the State Nursultan Nazarbayev stressed: "Kazakhstan model of social harmony and national unity is based on the highest principles of our unique culture of peace and spiritual accord". Moderator reminded about the basic principles formulated by the leader of the nation at XXI session of the Assembly of people of Kazakhstan.

The discussion was opened by the head of the department of history of Kazakhstan and socio-political disciplines of KSMU, candidate of philosophical Sciences Kudaibergen Abaevich Temirgaliev. 

In his speech he emphasized the concept of culture as the essential content of Kazakhstani idea. Doctor of philosophical Sciences, Alma Shaimovna Mirzabekova stopped on the concept of "Republican culture" from the point of view of socio-political discourse.  The theme was continued by the Associate Professor of the Karaganda University "Bolashak", candidate of historical Sciences, Balkiya Tusupbekova Ryspekova. She presented the historical and cultural aspects of formation of interethnic consent.

Journalists Svetlana Magay and Elena Keller raised the issue of media coverage

 of issues of tolerance and interethnic consent. The need for new approaches in the work of the media with young people, with Internet audience, countering ideological provocations was especially highlighted.

Teacher of physics of the resource center of the secondary school № 5 Raisa Ivanovna Nikulina told about the work on the development of student’s ideology of tolerance and interethnic consent.

Maria Birkanatovna Aleeva, head of the Secretariat of the Assembly of Peoples of Kazakhstan, of Akim department of Karaganda region

 have expressed a common opinion about the exceptional role of the President of the country N.A. Nazarbayev, who created the Assembly of people of Kazakhstan, the guarantor of peace and order, rights and freedoms of citizens of the Republic.

Summing up the meeting, Dosmagambetova R.S. said that only national unity and harmonious inter-ethnic relations can contribute to political and economic development of the country. She said - our aim is to live and work in the prosperous Kazakhstan in peace and accord.
