The 69th National scientific practical conference of students and young specialists with the international participation "Actual issues of modern medical science and health care" was held on the basis of the Ural State Medical University from 9 to 10th of April 2014.

Meeting of 21 sections were took place with the participation of more than 1,500 students and interns  during this conference. The student of our University, Intern of 6 course Berkut Mary presented the report at "Surgical diseases" meeting. Under the leadership MD., Professor Shakeyev K.T. and assistant of Department of surgical diseases №1 Feoktistov V.A. was developed and presented this scientific work- "The comparative characteristic of methods effectiveness the local treatment of purulent-necrotic complications of diabetic foot syndrome".

The final stage of the conference was happened in the main building of the USMA, which is located  at Repin street 3. The rector of the USMA, M.D., Professor S.M. Kutepov addressed to participants and guests of the conference there made speech. “An important aspect of training of specialist - the breadth of his knowledge, ability for analytical work. I believe that each graduate of any medical University must strive to success. This is not careerism, and the pursuit of high professionalism. It first of all improve the quality of medical care, improvement of diagnostics and medical treatment of illnesses”-from the speech of the rector. Further, in a solemn ceremony was the awarding of the participants with certificates and diplomas. Our student was awarded with the 2nd degree diploma as the winner of the presentations “Surgical diseases” among young scientists, and the certificate of the participant.
