On June 13, the University Admissions Committee, together with the regional Healthcare Department, held a meeting on career guidance with those citizens who have Kandas status in the city of Temirtau. The meeting, organized by the head of the branch of NGO World Association of Kazakhs and NC JSC Otandastar Fund, Meruesh Bashay, the deputy of the Karaganda Regional Maslikhat, was attended by school graduates and their parents. Baglan Kaukerbekova, Responsible Secretary of the Admissions Committee, Cand.Phil.Sc., Associate Professor, acquainted the school graduates and their parents with the educational programs implemented at Karaganda Medical University. In addition to the state educational grant, the information was provided on the allocated grants from Kazakhstan Khalkyna Fund and Orleu Program Fund, as well as on the state quota for ethnic Kazakhs who are not citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Gulzhan Beketaevna, Deputy Head of the Healthcare Department of the Karaganda Region, informed local executive bodies about the educational grants allocated to residents. All the questions were answered.
