On February 24, 2023, teachers of the Department of Clinical Pharmacology and Evidence-based Medicine of NCJSC "KMU" (Associate Professor Piven L.I., Associate Professor Kim T.V., teacher Nikolaeva T.L.) conducted professional orientation work among students of 9 and 11 classes (??? people) of Gymnasium No. 3 of Karaganda city. Gymnasium Director Kulzhambekova S.K. always welcomes teachers of our university, who conducts career guidance work.   The students were presented with a slide presentation containing information about the fields of training and specialties of the medical university. Teachers acquainted students with the history and activities of the University, its achievements, told about the difficulties of the medical profession. About everyday life and joys of student’s life the student of the 3^rd course specialty "General Medicine" Jounusova Darina shared. Schoolchildren with the big interest listened the given message about medical university, asked the questions interesting them and received exhaustive answers.

The atmosphere of the event was cozy and welcoming. At the end, the department staff represented by teachers L.I. Piven, T.V. Kim and T.L. Nikolaeva wished the schoolchildren a successful choice of profession, which will bring them joy throughout life.     Students and the leadership of Gymnasium No. 3 expressed gratitude for the organization and conduct of the event.
