The anniversary championship is over

In 2014, the university sports fans received a wonderful – it isgift the university’s football championship. Over the past 5 years, the tournament has gained strength and popularity and has also gathered a solid army of fans.

XX championship ended in the fall of 2019. From September to October, 8 student teams fought for the title of the strongest football team of the Medical University. The following teams participate in the tournament: “General Practice” (captain is Tolegenov Akzhol), “Dormitory-4’ (captain is Zermukhanbetov Ansar), “General Medicine” (captain is Abdikarim Turar), “Ambulance” (captain is Asainov Saken), “Academy”(Captain is Serikbayev Diyar),“ Pharmaceutic ”(captain is Sarsembay Nurdaulet) and our traditional guests the“ KarSTU ”team (captain is Serikkali Kurmangazy) and “KarSTU-2” (captain is Nurmanov Nurlybek).

All participants showed a high level of play, the games of championship were really interesting and intense. The champion was determined in the final meeting of the teams "KarSTU" and "Ambulance". The guest team defeated the medical team 8:4 and became the winner of the KMU championship for the first time.

All team players who took prize-winning places were awarded the memorable prizes.

The symbolic team of the championship was defined following the tournament:

“The best goalkeeper” - Ospanov Asylzhan (KarSTU),

“The best defender” - Kasymov Azamat (Ambulance),

“Best Forward” - Asainov Saken (Ambulance),

“Best player” - Imanzhanov Daniyar (KarSTU),

"Opening of the tournament" – Abdikarim Turar (GM).
