On October 12, 2019, the Open Doors Day was held at the Center for Simulation and Educational Technologies, dedicated to the start of the new school year. From the early morning, guests who came on a tour were greeted by employees of the center. The excursion was attended by students of the school-lyceum №14 of the city of Abai, members of the youth wing of the NGO «Romanian Cultural Society «Дакия», students of the lyceum №2 of the city of Karaganda and gymnasium №38, as well as students of Buketov KarSU. There were a total of 40 guests.

During the tour, trainers of practical skills demonstrated high-tech mannequins, all types of interactive equipment of the center, demonstrated assistance algorithms with the ability to independently perform basic cardiopulmonary resuscitation on simulators. Students were also able to perform various types of injections on mannequins. Guests expressed gratitude for the organization of this event and left positive feedback.

An open day is held once a quarter for the purpose of vocational guidance for students in the city of Karaganda and the Karaganda region.
