From 25 to 27 April, students of “KMU” NCJSC participated in the international olympiad and conference in Moscow. «X International Scientific Conference #SCIENCE4HEALTH2019» took place on the basis of Medical Institute of Peoples Friendship University (RUDN University). Within this framework was held Open competition for scientific works of young students and scientists of the Olympiads on pharmacy, manual dexterity in dentistry and surgery. The Conference was organized by Student scientific Society of the olympiads on pharmacy, manual dexterity in dentistry and surgery, whereas VII All-Russian Student Dental Surgery Olympiad with international participation “Steps to Mastery” was organized on the basis of I.M. Sechenov First Moscow State Medical University).

The olympiad competitors were the 3^rd -5^th year students from different medical universities in Russia (Pirogov RNRMU, DSMU, Pavlov FSPbSMU, SPbU, SSMU, VSMU, etc) and Kazakhstan (KMU).

There were submitted to 5 contests on the dental:

1.  Scientific report

2.  Therapy

3.  Orthopedics

4.  Orthodontics

5.  Surgery

Morunov Maxim (the student of the 4^th year, Dentistry) took part in the “Orthopedics” dentistry competition. According to the results, Maxim was awarded second place and was decorated with 1^st degree diploma.

Konysbayev Azamat (5^th year) and Doszhanov Temirlan (5^th year) also represented  “KMU” NCJSC on the VII All-Russian Student Dental Surgery Olympiad with international participation “Steps to Mastery” that was organized at the base of the First Moscow State Medical University named after I.M. Sechenov.

Certificates of participants are awarded to students by Glybochko Peter Vitalyevich (Rector of FAEI HEI.M. Sechenov First Moscow State Medical University, academic of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Professor and Doctor of Medical Sciences).

Those were the most wonderful days we have spent in Moscow. We are truly proud to be the students of Karaganda Medical University.
