The Representatives of the State Institution of Information Management, the provision of public services and archives of Karaganda region, visited the Department of Digitalization and Process Automation of the Karaganda Medical University.

In the program of the visit of the guests were Esentaeva D.M. (the deputy head) and Zhaparova Z.S. The became familiar with the Center for student services of Karaganda Medical University, which has transitioned to the new format of work. The guests noted with satisfaction the well-established digital system for processing requests, applications, requests of students, excluding direct contacts with staff and teachers of the university. The system is completely transparent, available from any mobile device.

The issues on the further development digitalization and the implement new ideas were also discussed. In the framework of the visit, a meeting was held with the director of the center Kultenova M.T. where the issues of public services, were considered including within the university. The services were presented to the quests, introduced since January of this year “Issuance of documents signed with a digital signature”.

The innovation was introduced in the framework of the State Program "Digital Kazakhstan - 2020" and is aimed at simplifying the procedure for providing services.
