Students and teachers of KSMU watched with great interest the broadcast of the opening ceremony of the Year of Youth, held in Astana with the participation of the President N.A. Nazarbayev.

Bright and creative youth representatives  successful in various fields of activity were speakers of the event. A person in the process of life activity must be ready to adapt to new production technologies, opportunities to transfer and use information, functional changes in working and business life. In this context, the President of Kazakhstan encouraged young people to choose a profession that will be in demand in the future. Investing in young people in the region is crucial in creating a sustainable society in the future.

"The new generation of Kazakhstan is the greatest achievement of Kazakhstan, of my work as the Head of the State. Young people are the key factor of the country's competitiveness" – said N.Nazarbaev.

According to our students, the development of research projects, social ideas, housing program, education and support of rural youth are the most important directions of youth policy.
