A university surgeon is the scientist of the year
The researcher of the №3 Department of Surgical Diseases
of KSMU, a surgeon and PhD Badyrov Ruslan Muratovich was awarded with the
“Kainar” Youth Award of the akim of Karaganda region in the “Scientist of the
Year” nomination.
The ceremony of awarding the ten laureates in various nominations (such as “young leader of the year”, “the best IT specialist”, “the athlete of the year”, "the worker of the year" and others) took place at the Boxing Center named after S. Sapiyev. The “Kaynar” award of the head of the region is awarded to young citizens aged from 14 to 29 years old for fruitful scientific, creative, professional and social activities that have been recognized among the youth.
The selection of laureates is carried out on a competitive basis, by decision of the commission. This year 115 people submitted documents for the award.
This award has been awarded for 14 years and today more than 120 young people from the Karaganda region have become laureates.
