The annual surgery Olympics among students of 4-6 courses
On December 21 and 24, 2018 at the Department of Surgical Diseases # 2, the
annual surgery Olympics among students of 4-6 courses under the
guidance of the head of the department, Ph.D., Professor Turgunov Ye.M was held. The Olympics included 2 rounds — interactive testing and testing of surgical
skills (performing a
surgery on an experimental
animal), which resulted in points being awarded. 27 students took part in the
Olympics, the six of which went to the 2nd round. According
to the results of two rounds, three prizes were defined. The1st place was won by the 6th year student of the School of Medicine Ivachyov Pavel, the 2nd place - to the
6th year student Kurvanaliyeva Nagy and the 3rd place was taken by the 6th year intern
student Alexander Shabanov. All participants showed a high level of theoretical
and practical training, excitement and desire to win. The winners of the
Olympiad were awarded with
certificates of participants,
valuable prizes and souvenirs.
